Andhra Pradesh: According to police sources, the 35-year-old boy used to have sex with various women of the family in the Prakashan district of Andhra Pradesh. His 57-year-old mother killed him on February 13, unable to bear her son's misbehaviour.

A 57-year-old woman was identified as Lakshmi Devi and her son as Shyam Prasad, according to Superintendent of Police A. Damodar of Prakash on Saturday, February 17.

The mother killed her son Shyam Prasad and dismembered his body with the help of her relatives. The accused are still absconding.

Damodar told PTI, "The son often behaved perversely and indecently. Unable to bear these behaviours, Goddess Lakshmi killed her son".

The police also said that Shyam Prasad misbehaved with Khammam in Bengaluru and other relatives in Hyderabad and with his aunt. Shyam prasad allegedly tried to rape his aunts in Hyderabad and Narasaraopeta.

The accused mother dumped her son's dismembered body in the Nakalgandi canal of Cumbum village. According to the police, this murder was done using a sharp weapon.

A case was filed against the accused under sections 103 (1) (punishment for murder) and 238 (tampering with evidence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanghita (BNS).

According to police sources, the investigation is still going on.
