Dubai: Speaking at the World Government Summit in Dubai on Thursday, Elon Musk said his AI chatbot, ChatGPT, Grok3, is in the final stages of development. Grok 3 will be released in about a week or two.
During the speech, Elon Musk also said about Grok 3. "Grok 3 has a lot of reasoning power. We're still testing it. It's performing better than anything, which is a good sign."
Microsoft-backed OpenAI and Alphabet founded xAI to challenge Google. Musk was also the co-founder of OpenAI.
A consortium of investors said they wanted to buy the open-year company's assets with an offer of $97.4 billion.
OpenAI has announced that they want to build popular AI models. Securing the necessary capital for which a company wants to be profitable.
Musk sued OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and others in August. He asked a US district judge to prevent OpenAI from turning into a for-profit company.
Musk said, "The economy might grow 4 or 5% in terms of the production of real useful goods and services. That's about 3 or 4% of the economy in government spending. The net effect of a reduction of a trillion dollars or more would be to not reduce inflation from 2025 to 2026."
Omar al-Olama, the UAE's law minister who interviewed Musk at the conference, said he would be a partner in an underground high-speed transportation system called the "Dubai Loop." Musk compared his system to a wormhole.
Musk turned to international affairs to address a Middle Eastern audience, saying the United States had been "unsettled" in the past, but now they should "mind their own business."
The United States will occupy the Gaza Strip, Trump said, angering the Arab world. Palestinian settlements located here will resettle and make it the "Riviera of the Middle East.".
